FREE BUYER EARLY ACCESS

Let’s put you
on the radar.

A few details now. We’ll email you when buyer matching is ready. No agent will receive your contact details from this form.

Founding places are allocated to the first 250 unique email registrations. Plus discount details will be confirmed before launch; no lifetime price or unlimited reports are promised. Buyer registration stays free after places fill.
YOUR DETAILS, YOUR CHOICE

Early-access privacy.

Brickmate, operated by Owen Harrison, stores your name, email, search area, budget, bedrooms, moving timeframe and consent choices in its hosted registration database. We use these to manage early access, understand local buyer demand and email you about the launch.

Newsletter and promotional emails require the separate optional checkbox. No agent receives your contact details from early access. We do not sell your registration information.

Your private management link lets you stop all emails and delete your registration at any time. This also releases any founding place. Keep the link until you leave. We will review unconverted registrations within 12 months and remove details no longer needed.

Hosting providers process this information to run the service. Resend processes your name and email address to deliver your registration confirmation, including your private management link. You can contact us at hello@getbrickmate.co.uk for help with your registration. The public counter shows aggregate registration totals only. You may also raise concerns with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

You can correct a registration by deleting it through your management link and registering again. Your place is subject to availability when you re-register.

YOUR PRIVATE MANAGEMENT LINK

Your registration.
Your choice.

Remove your early-access registration and stop all launch and newsletter emails. Any founding place will be released. This cannot be undone.

Your search. Your say.

Connections with permission.

Here’s how buyer control is planned to work when introductions launch.

Your profile stays yours

Share your requirements through an anonymous profile. Your contact details are shared only when you explicitly agree to an introduction.

Readiness on your terms

Tell us what you need and where you are with your move. Participating agents can suggest relevant homes, and you decide whether to connect.

Choose your next step

Ask for details without a call, request a callback, decline or snooze introductions. Contact preferences and sensible limits keep you in control.

These introduction controls are planned for launch. Newsletter sign-up will remain a separate, optional choice.

Good questions

A few things worth knowing.

Can I join from anywhere in the UK?

That’s the plan. The buyer profile covers all four UK nations. Initial marketing and agent outreach will focus on Warrington, St Helens, Widnes and South Liverpool, with expansion guided by buyer demand.

Is Brickmate free for buyers?

Joining buyer early access is free. The dashboards are free demonstrations; live buyer accounts and matching are coming soon.

Will I receive property matches straight away?

Matching and agent introductions are not live yet. They’ll depend on participating agents and suitable properties in your area. We won’t promise a match or access to every property.

Do I have to sign up for the newsletter?

No. Newsletter permission is separate and optional when building a buyer profile. You can also choose the newsletter without creating a buyer profile.

What happens to information I enter in this preview?

Early-access registrations are stored by Brickmate. Use your private management link to delete them and stop emails. Full profile previews stay on this browser only and are not sent to agents. The separate newsletter preview below does not submit entries; newsletter consent in early-access registration is saved.

Can I buy a Brickmate Plus report now?

Not yet. £4.99 is the proposed price for an individual report. You can explore a fictional example and preview the property request form while we validate research quality, data permissions, costs and delivery.

Do I need a buyer profile to research a property?

The planned report service will be separate from free buyer registration. You will be able to research a UK property without joining the buyer network.

Is a report a guaranteed valuation?

No. A live report should explain its estimated range, source evidence, uncertainty and limitations. It won’t replace a survey or professional valuation. The current example is entirely illustrative.

What if I need to sell before I buy?

You can include your position in your buyer profile, whether your home is on the market, under offer or still needs to be listed.

Property types — choose all that suit you

Your preview, your browser.

This version demonstrates Brickmate’s new buyer registration journey.

A saved preview buyer profile stays in this browser’s local storage. It is not sent to Brickmate or shared with estate agents. Use “Clear preview details” in the profile flow to remove it, or clear this site’s browser data.

The separate newsletter form does not send or save your email address. Its checkbox demonstrates the independent newsletter choice planned for launch.

Early-access registrations use a separate privacy notice shown in the registration form. The private management link stops all emails and deletes that registration. Agent sharing and full profile accounts are not live.

Brickmate Plus

A clearer picture before you offer.

Illustrative example · All property details and prices below are fictional. No live research has been performed.

Example property: 3-bedroom semi-detached house, approximately 10 years old.

Example asking price£250,000
Illustrative fair-value range£230,000–£250,000

1. What the range means

An example of how a report could present an estimated range rather than a single definitive figure. The actual range would depend on comparable sales, exact location, size, condition and data quality.

2. Comparable sold properties

Fictional examples to demonstrate the layout, not transaction records.

Illustrative comparableDescriptionExample sold price
Example A3-bed semi · similar size£235,000
Example B3-bed semi · larger garden£248,000
Example C3-bed semi · extended£252,000

A live report would show the address, sale date, distance, source link and relevance of each verified comparable.

3. Asking price and competing homes

The example asking price sits at the top of the illustrative range. A live report would compare it with relevant sold prices and current competing listings, distinguishing asking prices from completed sales.

Current listings, reductions and local trends: no live data in this example. A live report would include these only where reliable, permitted evidence is available.

4. Offer and negotiation considerations

An illustrative opening-offer discussion might explore £235,000, subject to actual evidence, buyer circumstances and property condition. This is a fictional scenario, not a recommendation for a real home.

Questions to explore: What supports the asking price? How long has it been marketed? What is the seller’s position? Are there survey or maintenance concerns?

5. Characteristics and checks

For a home of this approximate age, establish the build date, warranty details, alterations, energy performance and any estate charges. None has been checked for this fictional property.

6. Evidence and limitations

A live report should link to the evidence behind its claims, explain gaps and conflicting information, and record when the research was performed. There are no source records for this fictional example.

Research does not inspect the property. Estimates are uncertain and are not equivalent to a professional valuation or survey.
